Patient Online Services Now And In The Future

If you would like to be able to see your records, order prescriptions and make appointments on line please speak to reception and they will be able to give you access providing you can show us ID to verify your identity. This should be a birth certificate, driving licence, passport or marriage certificate. In addition one form of ID with your current address, e.g. your bank statement or council tax bill.

We are working with NHS England to ensure that by Summer 2016 we are able to transfer all prescriptions electronically. This means that you would no longer have to collect your prescription from the surgery, just nominate a pharmacist who we would transmit the data to. If you would like to be part of the pilot project please email
